A UNIQUE AND CHALLENGING EXPERIENCE! Gap Year Tennis 2009 - 2010 aims to offer a once in a lifetime opportunity to Gap Year Students. Based at the five star La Manga Club in Spain players will be training and competing on the circuit in Southern Spain and selected players will be offered the chance to compete on the World Futures Circuit. They will train here at the 28 court world class tennis centre. Gap Year Tennis offers a once in a lifetime opportunity to players who may once have dreamt of winning Wimbledon but for many reasons were not able to concentrate or dedicate the time required to reach their potential in this individual sport. As well as competing at a top level, students will be offered the chance to learn Spanish during their Gap Year and to develop their individuality in a team environment. The management team of Gap Year Tennis is made up of Phil Vivian, Director of Coaching, and Diana Wilkinson B.A. (Hons), who have worked together in the business of tennis in the United Kingdom for 30 years. Their experience is unrivalled in the world of tennis.
